Stephen joined the company in 1998 and the Board of Directors in 2004. This appointment demonstrates Rotherley Construction Inc. commitment to employee advancement and recognition of dedication and hard work. Since graduating from Sunderland Polytechnic, England in 1989, Stephen has worked mainly as a Design Engineer and a Project Manager.

His role is to coordinate and manage specific development projects undertaken by Rotherley. In 2005, Stephen was assigned to coordinate the construction of the prestigious Lakes Barbados Resort, a residential development comprising over 100 luxury villas and apartments in the picturesque Mount Brevitor, St. Peter, Barbados, another fine example of the workmanship of Rotherley Construction Inc.

Stephen is married and is the father of two. He has interests in art and history and his hobbies include landscaping and tennis.
