Project Management

The principals of Rotherley Construction Inc. all have overall responsibility for the Management of the company.

The Project Managers coordinate all aspects of the project from conceptualization to completion, and collectively boasts over one hundred years experience in construction.

Quantity Surveyors

The Quantity Surveying Department is responsible for budget estimating/cost planning, tendering, procurement, valuations, value engineering and overall cost management. This group collectively has in excess of thirty years experience with Rotherley Construction Inc.
