Sandpiper Inn

Located on the plush west coast of Barbados, The SandPiper a five star hotel in Barbados, shows the building versatility of Rotherley Construction Inc. to obtain beautiful finishes by combining different materials.

The reception building offers a picturesque and welcoming atmosphere with its exceptional finishes in cladded timber work, columns, beams and fret timber.

The construction of two luxury suites involved the partial removal of the roof of an existing building and construction of a new structure featuring external plunge pools on suspended patios.

Finished with simulated rock to give a natural feel, the plunge pools complements the luxurious adjoining suites which were finished with marble floor and wall tiles, coral rendered walls, and oak closets.
