Warehouse Building and Construction

Our building experience, expertise and professional approach extends to new construction, renovation or expansions of warehouses in Barbados. We build from "box" to custom designed structures.

Included in our warehouse construction projects is Do It Best Warehouse located on the Spring Garden Highway, Barbados.

This open plan warehouse was built with structural steel frame and roof, masonry walls with fully glazed panels.

Another example is the Eight Bay Warehouse located in Warrens Industrial Park.

Eight Bay Warehouse Complex consists of eight separate but identical units with an option of merging units if desired by a tenant.

One of these well designed units comprises of 1250 square feet of storage area and 625 square feet of office space on the lower level and 700 square feet on the upper level overlooking the storage area.
Both those projects were built on a deadline and on budget.
